Standard bridal gowns typically ship within 12 to 16 weeks as they are made to order. Ready-to-wear accessories and bridesmaid dresses usually ship within 5 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for bridal attire?
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, wedding gowns are final sale. However, we accept returns on unworn accessories and bridesmaid dresses in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer professional alterations?
We do not provide in-house alterations, but we include a curated list of recommended bridal tailors in your shipment to help you achieve the perfect fit.
How do I determine my correct size?
Bridal sizing often runs smaller than high-street fashion. We highly recommend using our detailed size guide and having a professional take your measurements before placing an order.
Can I request customizations to a specific gown?
Most of our designer gowns are sold as shown. However, some designers offer minor modifications like extra length or hollow-to-hem adjustments for an additional fee.
